The hotel was very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, but fell short of expectations on arrival despite booking confirmation. The staff were extremely helpful and even left a sweet gesture for our wedding anniversary. The location was perfect for exploring the area, although there was some noise. The dining options were enjoyable, and the facilities were top-notch.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had all the mod-cons you could have wanted. The rooms are spotless, stylish, beautifully furnished, and in a perfect location to visit Hull Old Town and the Bonus Arena. It was cosy and comfortable, with plenty of space and facilities, providing everything you needed. However, the nearby car park was a bit pricey.

The location was excellent, right opposite the Minster in the heart of the Old Town. It was great for bars, the theatre, surrounded by pubs and restaurants, and close to main shopping and leisure outlets. Despite being central, it was still quiet on a Friday night. However, parking in another car park was a bit pricey.

The dining experience was delightful. I enjoyed breakfast to the sound of church bells at the Simples cafe opposite the Minster. It was a lovely atmosphere, although breakfast was pricier at £12.

The apartment was spotless and well presented with beautiful rain shower and soft white towels. The checking-in system was simple, providing safe and secure access. The location is perfect for exploring the historic old town and the modern marina. We will definitely use this apartment again.
